new, baffled and need some help!

hi!
i am new hear and am hoping someone can give me a few ideas. basically i havent had my period since the beginning of november. i have been to the doctors and had bloods tests and a scan and everything is normal, which is great. but we are trying concieve so a period would be really helpful

is there anything i can do to stimulate my period into appearing? any vitamins i can take etc?

any help or advice would be fantastic right now!

Im not sure there is anything you can do. Try not to stress out about it is one thing I will say as that could make it worse. Have you been under pressure or stress that can affect your cycle? Also in years pass I have regularly "skipped" a period in January time so sometimes that can happen. Try not to stress too much, have some sex without worrying and just see what happens!

I recall my periods stopped for a while when I dramatically lost weight. If your body fat goes to lower than it should then your periods will stop. Could it be that?? Has the dr not given you any suggestions??

hi. no she hasnt yet. am going back to see her in a few weeks so will ask. doubt its me being underweight though!! i need to lose 2 stone really which i am trying to do (eating healthy, exercise). i have just always had regular periods but since i came off the patch in july i have only had 2!
