Can you have symptoms of pregnancy after just 3/4 days?

............such as dizziness and extreme exhaustion?
Am I imagining it, or am I over sensitive to my body's goings on, or could I actually be pregnant?
Last pregnancy I had super sore boobs as the first sign I remember, and didn't get a positive test result until 2 weeks of that! It's the only symptom I noticed as I was convinced I wasn't. I don't want to convince myself I am this time, only to be disappointed.
Has anyone had such symptoms this early on????

I'd say it's unlikely and may well be viral but lots of women say yes. I've had symptoms like that only for bfn and af :(
Sadly all you can do is sit on your hands and wait! Hope it is good news.

How long have you been ttc?

Oh by the way, I mean it's unlikely you have symptoms but you could be upduffed!

I agree with Have! You may be pregnant. But for me ... I had lots if cramping and tiredness etc towards the end of my cycle last month- was very very certain that it may indicate pregnancy; however, it was my body subconsciously playing me for a fool and ad arrived a couple of days later than normal- even though I'd ovulated earlier?! My feeling is that when ttc we suddenly become aware of every twinge and ache, as there is so much riding on it. Really hope that you are pregnant, but do be prepared for both eventualities! :-)

Hi jenn...I have been experiencing similar to you for about a week...doctor said it was ovulation but said to take a test next Monday. I agree...you do become very aware of twinges...aches...anything out of the ordinary! Fingers crossed for us both!

We haven't been ttc, in fact dh doesn't want another, but there was an accident. It's kind of my last chance, as I do want another. DH is supportive, and is not too unhappy about the possibility, so if positive it's not a bad thing for us as a couple or family.
I have PCOS so af is totally hit and miss, although the accident was day 16 of my cycle. Because we weren't ttc, I haven't been tracking or anything. I'm not sure how early the early tests will work?
I am hopeful, but am not wearing rose tinted glasses, I know how slim the chance is of getting a positive, but fingers firmly crossed!
Fingers crossed for you too wifey6!Smile

I think it is possible in retrospect to have early symptoms. The cycle I got the bfp for current pg I had cramps 3 dpo. I got a very faint bfp 10 dpo with first response early test but it is better to wait until the day you officially miss a period.
I would say that if you waited until day 30 you'd probably get a reasonably accurate result.
Fingers crossed for you!

Thank you pommedechocolat. I can't possibly know when I've missed a period, they have been 3 months apart in the past!
I think I'll try a test on day 26 of cycle, as I've no idea how else to gauge it. And then I'll test again on day 33 and 40? I think it's very unlikely I am, but, definitely keeping fingers crossed for 2 lines at some point!! Not the worst thing in life if I'm not, very happy to have my one dc already, that was kind of a miracle and against the odds.
Thank you for honest advice/opinions.

Best time to test is 14 days after unprotected sex. That way you're likely to see a realistic result and it would be well after implantation. Hth.

I guess logically for you to get pg from day 16 sex you would either ovulate on day 16 or possibly say up to 5 days afterwards (if your dh had the famous long living sperm!). If you then had a luteal phase of 14 days your time frame for 'missed period' testing would be days 30-35.
