Hi - I have a lovely dd age 3 and am just about to start ttc no2. I'm shitting it! I've had a few m/c in the past but had a pretty easy pregnancy with dd apart from a few complications in the second trimester. I am just dreading the morning sickness. Everyone I know has felt loads worse with their second. I was really lucky with dd - had a week of mild nausea and constant cream cracker eating, after that I puked once or twice a week but didn't have the constant queasiness lots suffer. Please can someone reassure me or tell me their second pg was fine?! I am stupidly nervous about holding it together at work and about dd being worried about me.

Please someone tell me to pull myself together and stop being such a wuss!

Hiya,
I am 24 weeks with number 3.
First baby (boy) sick til 14 weeks.
Second baby (boy) NO sickness at all.
Third baby (girl) bit sicky but not as bad as first.
No pattern at all and I think every pregnanyc is different.
I have 3 years between my first two and I'll have two and a half with these two.
Jump to it (literally lol)
:)

Stop being such a wuss! Just kidding :)
In all seriousness, I was really worried about ttc no2 as well as I had really bad morning sickness with my son. Then I went on to have a mc and now ttc again and just worried that it's not happening. Most of the second timers I know were mostly more tired than the first time. You'll find a way to cope.

Good luck with it all!

Thank you! Treehuggermum, that's really reassuring. Toomanydinosaurs, so sorry about your mc, and really hope you get lucky soon. And you are right, even if it is a bit grim I'll get through it one way or another. Am clearly a giant wuss!
