according to fertility friend I am ovulating on day 11, my luteal phase is really long does this mean it will be more difficult to get pregnant?

It's really unlikely that your mutual phase is much longer than 14days, are you sure you're ov on day 11?

All those ovulation calculators are an estimate and you can get very different results from using more than one so I reckon they're pretty inaccurate.

Sorry for the TMI but checking out what's in your knickers is a better way of judging when you're ovulating. Your CM is the best indicator of what's actually happening to your body in that particualr cycle rather than fretting over, what's basically a calcualtor, has estimated for you.

I'm no expert but I think a short luteal phase is more likely to negatively affect your chances of successfully conceiving so a long one is OK.

Normal luteal phases can range from 10 to 16 days.

Could you put a link to your FF charts so we can see them? I agree your luteal phase shouldn't/wouldn't be that long. Do you keep temping after it says you.ovulated?
