Hello

Consultant just confirmed that my polycystic ovaries are back... suffered with them a few years back - I went on a strict diet/supplement regime and fell pregnant very quickly and easily. I've thrown away all my notes though on what to do so now need to remember it all. Does anyone have any book/article recommendations? I haven't been diagnosed with PCOS, just polycystic ovaries, if that makes any difference.. Thanks.
