Could I be pregnant?

I'm not due for my period until Thursday 2nd/Friday 3rd June, but I had unprotected sex around ovulation and I'm now getting the following; nausea, mild cramps and tenderness around my pelvic region, slight enlargement and sensitivity of my nipples and fatigue. It's too early to take a pregnancy test and I thought it would be too early for symptoms to appear - could I be getting extremely early signs that I'm expecting a baby? I've now had very slight, pale, pinky-brown spotting. It's so hard to wait a few days when you want to know what might be going on inside your body, isn't it? *funny thing - my cat, who's not normally over-affectionate, is now kneading and purring around me an awful lot

Well yes, of course you could be pregnant as you have had unprotected sex. I know it is hard but don't try to symptom spot as it will be hard if you have months to wait before you do conceive.
