I just poas and got bfn at cd26 ucl 27/32 average cd29. With previous 2 pg tested +ve a couple of days before af due,

Anyone have any positive stories about testing early with a bfn and then getting a +ve later, or testing +ve early with 1 pg and getting the following one late???

I just think if I had hcg in my wee surely it would show.......

TIA x

I did with DS - BFN on CD25 BFP on CD 27 (was late at night as well) typically my cycles were 26-27 days. was only a cheapo one I did - knew it would be a positive after suffering the hang over from hell on CD25 knowing i'd only had 3 drinks.

Thanks was ds your first? I know it's not over till af shows but wondered if the fact I tested early on both others would mean I'm clutching at straws this month?

yes he was/is. as they say it's not over till AF shows up. tbh even with this pg i've been typical of one or two days prior to AF being due i've got BFP's, so I guess it's possible that each pg is different? especially if you're not sure when you ov'ed etc how may DPO are you? again anything before 12 DPO and I had a BFN.

I think I ov'd on cd15 and currently on cd26, I'm out tonight for my friends birthday reckon I'll just take it easy but not abstain just incase :) I'm just 35 so beginning to wonder if there might be a problem now have 2 healthy ds so can't complain :)

Hi With my first pregnancy i didn't test positive till I was a week late - 2nd pregnancy it was a day after my period was due.

see I always OV'ed on CD12/13 so a good few days before - assuming you're only 9dpo - it's not unreasonable to think the BFN is accurate at this stage but maybe a BFP in a few days time nearer to AF?

Thanks dtm we will see have made appointment with dr's on Thursday due to age and 6 months of trying, had a bit of blood staining earlier when wiped so either af on way.....or postively implantation :) am swaying towards the af though!
