Someone tell me what the hell is going on please (Norethisterone/spotting/Clomid/etc)

So confused.

Have done two unsuccessful cycles of Clomid. This cycle I had some spotting around cd43, nothing came of it so started Norethisterone after another week or so.

Took seven days of Norethisterone, finished last Thursday. Started what I thought was AF on Sunday but was very light (I.e. Only blood apparent when I wipe) this has carried on since, small amount of blood but nothing on sanitary pad. Did pass some clots this morning though - sorry TMI

So is this just prolonged spotting or a very light AF in which case I should've started the Clomid on day 2?

Have been having some dizzy spells and generally feeling rough.
