Exercise- defo or meh?

Does regular exercise help with conception? Anyone got any opinions on this?

Definitely. I was doing a lot yoga (mostly viniyasa flow or dynamic ashtanga), 5-6 times per week and got pregnant after 2 months of trying. I am 35 (not a youngster by any means), and this is my first pregnancy. Try fertility flow yoga (a lot of hip openers and inversions) - this should definitely be a huge help, unless there are some serious pre-existing medical issues preventing normal fertility.
