Here's reply
"We've run out of tickets unfortunately and the new batch should be with us today or Monday latest and we'll send out straight away - sorry for the delay but we didn't get our usual mammoth batch and have been getting in dribs and drabs."
They will let me know on Monday that they sent it out.
