Our Lake District for your London (Feb half term)

We have a beautiful, large 3 bedroom cottage in a little village called Allithwaite near Cartmel and are looking to swap in the February half term with a place in London (zone 1 or 2).
We have 2 cats who will be at the house so cat friendly swaps only please!
Our cottage is a couple of hundred years old, with a big living room (with woodburning stove), big dining room (with open fire, piano, dining table to sit 6), medium kitchen (with table and chairs, dishwasher, all mod cons, etc.). There are 3 bedrooms - 2 with double beds and 1 with a double/single tri-sleeper bunk (kids room). There is one bathroom with bath and reliable shower.
There is a small yard and then a slightly bigger garden up some steps. We are surrounded by fields, a beck, there's a park in the village plus charity shop, post office and 2 good pubs. In neighbouring Cartmel (5 mins drive) there is a Michelin starred restaurant (L'Enclume) plus loads of gorgeous foody shops - artisan bread, amazing cheese shop, sticky toffee pudding shop, etc, and some great pubs. Nearest town is Grange-over-Sands (5 mins drive) with the sea, great cafes, fab charity shops and a lovely promenade and playground.
Lake Windermere is only 15 minutes drive away and it is super easy to explore the whole Lake District from here.
