My LO gets 12 at night and an hour nap during the day. She often looks tired though, so I'm wondering if it's enough! She seems fine other than that though.
2.1 she sleeps 7pm till between 630/8am with 1-2 hours nap in the day. Some days goes without a nap but is hanging by 6pm.My 1yo sleeps 7-5 and naps the same as her big sister. Don't know if she's tired but I definitely am!
it varies so much at the moment its hard to say. DS 2.7.Had 11 hours sleep last night. Thats a record. (Literally - first time hes' EVER slept till 7.30am!)Its usually more like 9.5-10 hrs. Naptime when it happens is anything from an hour to 3 hours (if I let him - only at a weekend)
mine usually gets a total of 12 - 8pm to 6am then 2h after lunch.
2 in two weeks8pm-5.30/6amnormally about 2 hour nap, but can do more. Yesterday he did 3 1/2, but long motorway journey, so bonus!!
Thanks everyone, so we're pretty average then, that's good.
23mo7pm - 7am nap 1-2 hours each day. Sometimes no nap if he's slept in, but passes out in buggy in the afternoon
22mo dsapprox 7.30 - 8pm until 5am ish most days he manages a nap for 45mins - 1.5hrs, not today though my 3 older girls all slept much more than this! ds is not a good sleeper
DS is 2.5, he sleeps from about 8.30pm til about 6.30 - 7.00am, then about an hour and a half or two hours in the afternoons.
Dd is 2.5yo, sleeps 12 hours at night (but wakes up approximately a million times), and does not nap any more.
My 2.5 yo sleeps about 12 hours 7.30pm til 7.30am, doesn't wake in the night. No naps, hasn't done that four about three months (unless she falls asleep on a long car jouruny or etc).
DS sleeps a good 12 hours at night and also 2 hours during the day. He never stops when awake though!!
It can vary so much from child to child, I think. When DS was 2, he slept 13 hours at night with a nap in the day that could be anything from 1 hour to three hours.
