Vomiting bug or was it the immunisations?

My daughter is two and on Wednesday evening vomited for about six hours on and off. She was lethargic and very clingy, the next day she started with horrendous yellow runny nappies and although the vomiting has stopped she still has the runny nappies.

She cries when she does a poo and is refusing to eat, she is also drinking very little which is worrying me? She will drink her morning milk and evening milk though?

I phoned NHS direct as my Dr's is closed and they said to encourage her to eat and drink and if she is the same after five days to contact my GP FIVE DAYS is a long time, she looks like she has lost weight (she was tiny to begin with) but is otherwise quite bright and cheery. But then has periods where she seems to go downhill, crying, clingy etc.

She had two injections (Men and PCV) a week last Thursday so the 20/8 and I'm wondering if it could be that, or she has just started nursery so could it be a bug?

Any suggestions on what I should do to encourage her to drink/eat and should I take her to the docs or A&E tomorrow?
