my 9 month olds ds2 has severe reflux (as did ds1) he had a barium to prove this, had a ph study that showed no acid so paed said prob bile. Then had camera down him for other stomach issues and paed said osophogus was damamged from the acid and was put on another med. His reflux is still very bad, was referred to evelina and specialist says he wants him to get the alkaline test done (neotest or something??) as he doesnt think the reflux is being managed properly. I cant find anything helpful about the alkaline side of things, any one else experienced this??
