its probaly teething. or a virus. or something he chewed. or a reaction to some of the 'weaning' food I gave him. but. we've had hourly nappies for three days. He sleeps fine at night and is cheery during the day, so it is literally the hourly sour green nappies, high wind and very frequent breastfeeding.
Is there anything else I can do? What can it be? Please help if you know as I'm a bit confused!

diarrhoea for 3 days in 6 month old baby.. am breastfeeding but should I do anything else?
