what are these blisters?

3 weeks ago ds had a cluster of blisters come up on his finger thought it could be hand foot and mouth gp said it wasn't but i kept him off playgroup just in case
the blisters went in a few days
Saturday more blisters on the same finger but the other side they are a bit red round the edge and yellow im taking him to the gp again tomorrow
iv taken some pics but they are not very clear
hes not ill and not complaining that his finger is sore
