I have a very constipated 6 month old.
She is in a great deal of pain and is currently passing very small nuggets. But her bum stays open and you can see the poo which hasn't come out (sorry if TMI) Is there anything I can do to ease the pain?

We have tried, water, juice and pureed apple and pear without success.

Any ideas? When does it become a doctor issue?

You can get fig syrup which is entirely natural - not sure what age you can give it from... had quite explosive results with ds so be careful with the dosage!
