whooping cough and mmr1bJAB - would you take your child if they had cold?

hello

m,y son is due the 2nd part of the mmr1b jab and whooping cough tetinus etc jabs today. not sure whether to postpone as he has a cold . what would you do? I know the hv would say bring him.

Yes, I'd take DD. Tell the nurse of your concern and ask them to give him a quick check prior to the jab.

thank you. took him and had 1 part of jab doe and then having mmr1b done in few weeks.

I would NEVER EVER take a sick child for a jab. You are assaulting an immue system already under attack.
