Hi my dd (8 months) was really sick at playgroup on wed and then ate normally at lunch but did exactly the same at dinner.. she recovered and I gave her somemilk and banana before bed. She was completely fine yesterday, ate normally (not a massive fan of milk) but this morning she hasbrought back her cereal and milk with some force.

She does sound quite conjested. She isn't a massive drinker either so worried about fluids.

I had terrible sickness bug the last 24hrs which I assumed I have caught off Ruby but then for her to be sick again today, could it be an intolerance of milk?

sounds more to me like a bug. I think you would have known before this week if it was an intolerance of milk, personally.

I think you need to phone your HV for advice; I know the advice for a sickness bug used to be to only give water for 24 hours but that's very hard with a baby and I believe the advice may have changed. Also if you CAN feed her the HV should be able to give you an idea of the best foods to give her.
