My DD is just 3 and has 20 teeth altogether. She seems to have two lumps at the back as if more a molar on each side is coming through. She is dribbling a bit, chewing her hands and showing all the teething signs. I have had a look and it does look and feel lumpy. Is it possible to have more teeth through that the usual 20?
