15 mo only seems to poo at night - normal?

Sorry bit of an icky topic. My 15 mo DS hardly seems to poo during the day but only at night. Is this normal? I've tried giving him most of his veg/fruit intake during breakfast and lunch (as I thought it might be going through his system quickly??) but it hasn't made much difference.

It doesn't particularly bother me (DP and I used to the very full nappies now!) but it does mean he's quite prone to nappy rash, and thinking ahead, how on earth will I be able to potty train him?? And does it mean his digestion is a bit abnormal?

my ds used to be the same but d=goes in the day now it soon regulates dont panic about potty training etc just make sure you put some cream on after changing nappy and he should be ok
