Hi there,
My ds is 14 months and has been really struggling to poo for a wee while now. When he finally "goes", it's a real nappy filler, but soft, so I don't think his constipation is caused by hard stools. What can we do to help him? He gets plenty of variety in his food (ie, he's a gannet). Would more water help?
We're not registered with a doc yet as we've just moved house, hence this message. Any help or advice gratefully received!
