Pain in chest waking toddler from sleep

A bit stressed.

2.5 year old has had nocturnal leg cramps for around 6 months now. Often wakes up screaming in the night and takes 10-15 minutes to stop. Tonight it wasn't leg cramp, but a cramp in her tummy (she often also says this). Only when I asked her to point to exactly where it hurt she pointed to the middle of her chest (which I assume was her heart). Once that stopped, she said it was her thighs (usually lower leg/foot/toes).

I'm obviously worried there's something wrong with her heart. She had a heart murmur when she was a baby, but it was only detected when she was ill (with a virus) and not at follow-up. She's otherwise quite healthy (bar many allergies).
