7 week old with pin prick rash

My 7 week old daughter has pin prick red spots all over her stomach and a few on her arms. They fade when I press a glass against them and she doesnt have a temperature. Shes whingy and irritable but she always is due to stomach discomfort so it's hard to pin point the reason as.to why she is crying

She has been on Nutramigen milk since yesterday, but the rash was there before this so I know it's not the new milk. She hasnt been diagnosed with cmpa as of yet but I was prescribed it to try as it's likely my hospital app will be cancelled at the end of April. No new detergent, the house isnt hot and its stayed in the same place and isnt on her back or in any creases so doubt its heat rash, wet nappies as normal and she is feeding a little less then usual although I think this is the fact she doesnt particularly like this milk as she was feeding fine on her previous milk yesterday.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
