Roseola virus

Has anybody every had an experience with roseola virus on a 15month old? My son was diagnosed with it yesterday morning from the doctor and his rash is still coming out more hes literally covered head to toe in a rash just not his face yet. Hes very very wingy which isnt like him at all. Hes very tired but I've not noticed any temp yet, I just dont believe it's that because when I've looked roseola virus up it says the rash is normally belly chest and back but his is all over this body. ?

Hi! Just wondering if it was Roseola or something else.
My 15 month old is the same, rash has just started and is naooing for 2 x 2 hrs.
