3 year old DD has got explosive bum help!

My little girl has had an explosive bum for a week now. No other symptoms no sickness no fever just a tiny bit of stomach pain. It’s just yellow and green slime now coming out of her, smells like rotting vomit. She’s potty trained has been for ages but has been in nappies all week the poor girl. She’s doing 15 nappies a day and up all night 5 nappies. We’re all shattered. Took her doctors and they’ve said it’s a week until her stool sample is even tested!!! I’ve tried the BRAT diet, starvation and normal diet and it’s all not worked. She’s front to back explosive poops. What could it be? She’s had the same diet for a year. Eats Well. Raw and cooked veg fruits sandwiches dinners I just don’t get it. They won’t give her anything we’re all functioning on 2 hours a night and I’m 22 weeks pregnant I feel dreadful as I bet she does. She’s developed terrible sores on her bum and bits too. But we can’t have a nappy off it’s that bad

Wow even through out the night, that's actually shocking. Id feed her normal diet if she's willing to eat it, and just focus on getting as much fluid into her as possible because with that many watery stools dehydration is a big risk. I've no experience I'm afraid with it lasting this long but hopefully the stool sample will show something that can be treated.
