Bent in ankles

My DD is 2.8 and has very bent in ankles, she's been seeing a physiotherapist since 1 as she wasn't walking or weight bearing yet. My eldest DD has hypermobility and didn't walk until she was nearly 2, she's now doing fine.
I'm concerned about how bad her ankles look, ive been told by the physio she just needs strong leather boots to help hold them in place which she had and wears constantly but I personally think they've not improved over the last year.
she had a high pain threshold so doesn't complain about being uncomfortable but I can't imagine she is.
I'm really not sure what to do we only get to see the physiotherapist every 6 months as she thinks its not severe..

Ask for referral to orthotist
Or podiatrist for insoles
Boots will help.
Can you still get piedro boots on the nhs?
But may need custom orthotics
Get referral to hypermobility clinic

A friend of mine noticed this in DD and suggested I get her referred to a podiatrist. It turned out that she has flat feet and has to wear orthotics. I think your DD needs to see a podiatrist not just a physiotherapist. It's important to deal with it now as it could lead to knee and hip joint problems.

That's what I'm worried about it don't want it getting worse. She's the size of a 6 year old son her joints are already struggling under hear weight.
Thank you I'm really at a loss of what to do, il call the Gp and request a referal. Is there any way to speed up the process it's already a year in delay?

Just make a GP appointment and ask for a referral when you see her/him. I did this with DD. The doctor took one look at her and referred her straight away. It was straightforward.
