23 month old with rash? Dr or not?

My daughter has a rash on her legs and a bit on her arms and hands. She is otherwise well - she's had a cold and not eating much - but no temperature and fine in herself.
It seems to be itchy, particularly on her hands. I'm going to get some piriton today but I can't actually think of anything she has had new contact with.
I've attached a picture. Dh thinks I should take her to dr but I'm not sure it requires it. Did wonder about popping to pharmacist and seeing what they thought.
Photo is of her legs. Any ideas what it could be? Thanks

Oh and I don't think it could be pox as she is vaccinated.

Hand foot and mouth?

It's mainly her legs. Would that be mainly on her legs?

But I guess it's her hands that seem most itchy even though the rash isn't on her hands so much

If take her to the doctor's.

The white outline, I think, suggests a viral infection which may need treated with anti biotics.

DD ended up in hospital after a prolonged bout last month.

Have you done the glass test to see if the rash vanishes? Important check to rule out the biggies like meningitis.

Yeah. I think that's very unlikely as it's been present for 24 hours and she has no temp / fine in herself.
Plus it is itchy. I don't think sepsis is itchy but I could be wrong.

Best take her.
My son had a rash all over and it turned out to be connected to the cold he had and cleared in about 10days on its own but best just check
