DS Eczema Bullying

DS(7) has eczema (possibly psoriasis or another diagnosis). He can be completely clear for weeks but has sudden flare ups, for the most part we have it under control and he is rarely in pain anymore. But recently a problem has developed at school and he has become so distressed and upset by his skin, teachers have been spoken to but instead of kids actually saying names it is more disgusted looks and refusing to touch or sit near him.
My heart is breaking for him, his self confidence is so low and I don’t know what I should be doing to support him.
Could really do with any advice?
