14 weeks reflux relapse HELP!!!

Hi all, this is my first post as I'm at my wits end!
My DD is 14 weeks old and we have had lots of feeding issues since birth really. I breastfed for the first week but really struggled so gave up Sadsince then we have tried many different types of bottle as they all seemed to become 'uncomfortable' to her at one stage or another. Finally using Avent classic bottles and they seem to work for her.
She has always been a sticky baby but has patches of a week or so at a time where she vomits up most of her feed every time. I've spoken to the health visitor about this and the dr but there is apparently a national shortage of infant gaviscon so we haven't been able to try that. I was told to try 'reflux milk' which I bought but after reading the instructions decided it was some sort of witchcraft to make up a feed!
She has been pretty good the last few weeks and occasionally bringing up some feeds but just little bits and bobs. But now for the last 3 or so days we have had the mother of all spewage again after every feed.
It's really getting me down as i worry she's not getting enough milk, I'm changing her several times a day, and she's not happy feeding. My other half isn't much help and is reluctant to try and change the milk to the reflux one (even though it's crazy hard to make up a feed I would consider it)
Does anyone else get bouts of reflux or could it be something else?

Enfamil A.R. formula (anti-reflux) - saved my sanity with our little one. Follow the instructions carefully. And if you're using Avent bottles, use variable flow teats as the formula is thick and needs to get through the teat. That's the teat with a slit in it, rather than little holes.
