Will she be concussed?

17 month old was playing in the bath this evening and fell, her bum hit one side of the bath wall which lead to her forehead hitting the other. She didn't cry and was her usual self during the rest of her bath and while getting ready for bed. She did have a red mark where she hit.

She's asleep now but breathing fine etc, should i be worried she has concussion or am i just being dramatic?
