DS 16 m has just faceplanted (again) he's ok but I am a bit worried about the cut on his forehead. It's not big - less than 1cm across but it is a little deep? I just wonder if it should have a steri- strip or something?
Is there a rule about how 'deep' is deep? We don't have a minor injuries unit locally. Just A&E or the out of hours service?
Any advice?
