Hi all, just after a bit of advise / reassurance

DD is 4, she started being sick at 4am Friday morning, she also has bad stomach cramps, headache and achey legs.
She is having sips of water every 30 minutes or so and seems to be holding that down ok.
She hasn't been eating, yesterday afternoon she had a dry biscuit and managed to keep that down until 5am this morning.
At around 10am today she said she was hungry, so I have her 2 very small fingers of toast .... then she was sick again at 2pm

Do I just not feed her at all?? But she's currently crying saying she's hungry. Honestly don't know what to do for the best.

She doesn't seem dehydrated, she's had 2 wees today, but only 1 yesterday. Lips and mouth are wet etc

I think you just need to keep doing what you are doing. I would give them bland good as well if they say hungry and sips of water staying down is good. Hopefully it blows over in the next day or two but you could try get a phone appointment with GP if it doesn't go, for some advice.

Dioralyte is good for perking them up, I was amazed at the difference it made when DS had viral gastroenteritis

I give my daughter what she asks for after 24hrs, (except nothing dairy) she can be sick couple of times (usually nothing much) but it usuallly on its its way out by then. Keep up with water.

Was advised to give lucozade sport as it rehydrates quicker

I'd keep on with what you are doing but also give some hydralyte/diarolyte rather than plain water.
