1 year old daughter sore bit?

Didn't want to post online but I've tried looking for answers and can't find any. Sad
A couple of days ago when changing my daughter's nappy I noticed her clitoris looked a bit bigger than normal, but I guessed it was because she isnt as chunky now it was just more prominent. But today she has been in a really bad mood, she wouldn't nap, eat or drink properly and just kept screaming. She's just woken up at 3am crying and when I got her out of bed she's pulling on her nappy like she's trying to scratch. She keeps trying to scratch and grab during nappy changes too.
I'm worried she could have a uti or other infection and with the irritation it's caused her bit to swell? She has also had diarrhea today but none has gone on that area and she is cleaned immediately after poos.

I didn't explain that too well i noticed it was swollen but looked better the day after. Now it looks swollen and a little sore in general down there.

Thrush?

I'd see a GP.

Take her to the gp even though you say no poo went in that area you never know, or it could be unrelated to the poo!
One of my boys once got an infection in his willy it does happen sometimes. He had a special cream and it cleared up fine
