Mumsnetters aren't necessarily qualified to help if your child is unwell. If you have any serious medical concerns, we would urge you to consult your GP.
Hi EveryoneI'm a single father and I'm here for some advice! My daughter is 14. She has had loose stools for the past 12 months - although she only recently told me how bad it's been. She has a vitamin d deficiency also. Naturally I was concerened she was Coeliac. However after blood tests the GP says this is negative. They have suggested that I keep a food diary for her and eliminate certain food groups.I try to cook "proper" fresh food each night. Hardly any frozen stuff etc. But I have no idea on where I should start or what I should be eliminating.Any advice or pointers would be incredibly welcome.
