Limp/sore leg in 6 yo

How long do I give this before I get her checked by the GP?

According to dh she twisted her ankle pretty badly when mucking about a few days ago. Had a full on limp the day after and now she's just sort of not right on it. She says it hurts at the top of her ankle/bottom of her calf.

Health anxiety me is paranoid about leukaemia, especially as she's pale and a bit breathless. Dr avoiding dh says she's always pale (v true) and v snotty (also v true) and did hurt herself really quite badly. She is full of the joys and eating like a cart horse too.

Thing that keeps nagging at me is my dad mentioned her limping before she hurt herself. I put it down to new, slightly too big boots but am feeding my paranoia.....

Im in the same place as you. Son with knee pain (has hypermobility) but always worry it's something worse. No point worrying, take little one to the GP.

Awww thanks for replying. It seems to have gone now actually although the poor lamb has had me asking 'is it better' loads. The breathlessness has also gone as her snotty nose has cleared up. She's jumping around all over the shop now too so I think it was just anxiety flaring up. Will take her if she mentions it again though.
