Rash

My 3 year old DS has had a rash on his inner forearms for about 2-3 weeks. The reason I haven't taken him to the doctor is because it seems like it's going away, but then gets worse again. He has no other symptoms although had a sickness bug 2 weeks ago and then a diarrhoea bug about a week ago. The pictures are very clear as a lot of the rash is just raised, skin coloured bumps, and some red ones. Does any one know what this could be?

The rash is mainly on his inner forearms but there are patches on his tummy, thighs and hands too.

It's probably a viral rash. They often come out after a viral illness. If it's not gone in a week or two get it checked out.
