6yr old blood in pants

I have taken DD to the doctors about this before. She did a urine sample which came back fine except for slightly raised white blood cells, so all OK apparently?
DD had this again when she got home from school last week. So I am going to make another DR's appointment tomorrow, but she has a preauricular tag. Could this be linked? Do renal problems cause on/off bleeding? She complains of stomach aches a lot but the doctor has always put it down to glands in the stomach? Should I ask for a renal scan?
I've been trying to google it put can't really find any relevant info.
I'm a bit worried tbh.
Any advice would be much appreciated, I don't want to be fobbed off again.

Was it blood in her urine which had gotten onto her pants or was it fresh blood? When she wipes after the toilet is there blood on the paper?

If its frank haematurea (visable blood in her urine) then she needs samples send and i'd say reviewed by paediatrics to find the cause. This might include things like bloods or a renal ultrasound depending on what they thought.

If shes bleeding from her vagina then she also needs refered to paediatrics so that they can examine her. A gp might examine her but most i think wouldnt feel confident enough. If shes bleeding from her anus she needs examined to see if she has something like a rectal tear. It could be the tag but unless the gp can be very confident in giving you an answer i think i would be reasonable to ask for a referal to paediatrics to idenyify the cause. Hope you get some answers and reassurance op.

Dd has had this several times along with blood on wiping after a pee. She had a kidney scan because it happened a lot of times and she was also referred to a paediatrician. She's been discharged now and basically we think it's a combination of thrush and dermatitis and tbh I think she doesn't wipe properly after a wee.

I think I'd ask for a referral in your case just to be on the safe side. Can you see any blood on her if you have a look? With Dd I could often see a red inflamed bit.

Thanks for your reply Iwill tbh I don't really know where the blood is coming from. It's a patch about the size of a 1p and it was towards the front of her underwear. I don't know if it's in her urine or something else, it isn't all the time it's on and off.
The tag is on her face sorry, I was told by the MW when she was born that they used to scan babies with these face/ear tags for renal abnormalities but don't anymore unless there are other signs/symptoms, which is why I wondered if it could be linked and warrant a renal scan now. But the DR didn't mention it last time.
I'm definitely going to ask for a referral.

Haud that sounds quite likely too, I did have a quick check this eve and it did look a bit red and she said it was a bit stingy. No blood but initially I did wonder if it could be thrush, I've never had it so I'm not sure what it's like ifyswim.
