Is it worth getting the Men B vaccine? For teens?

All I hear is about teens getting meningitis, which is a worry. I'm just not sure if the vaccine is worth it? They're 12 and 14. I'm asking from the perspective of people who do believe in vaccines, in general (not ones that don't!)

I was very worried about it and figured the only way to not be worried was go get them vaccinated.
