DD 7 now has 9 verrucas please help

Have tried

Bazuka and various freezing gels etc
Banana skin method
Duct tape

Please help.

Doctor says they will "just go" eventually but this is now 2 years and I really feel for her.

Has anyone tried the Swan match tip (just googled it) or the cider vinegar with any positive results?
(And if so how did you do it?)
Have talked about taking her to chiropodist / podiatrist but she doesn't want them burnt off. She's terrified it will hurt and I have heard it's quite painful? She has so many and a couple of them are quite big.

Apparently they will only go when your immune system gets rid of them. It's only when they get painful that it's started to kick in. That's when peel start all the random treatments and then believe they worked.

Mine went after I went for a long walk on a beach and it sort of cleaned them out. They were agony before that.

I am afraid I did just leave them - she wore a sock for swimming and I had tried loads of stuff.

My son had loads on his feet at least 10 on each I put a dab of nail varnish on each one and they were gone within a week

You could look into verruca needling, it's a treatment where the virus is pushed into the body via a needle so that it gets into the bloodstream and the immune system kicks in and kills it.

A few years ago I had about thirty verrucas, I did an accidental home version of needling (it's a long story and I don't want to derail) and within a couple of weeks I was verruca free.

Any will do really I think I've used clear and coloured I would put it on every night though until you can see it working

I had success with salicylic acid plasters some years ago, on my on foot. You peeled a little salicylic acid circle off a sheet and stuck it over the verruca, then stuck a cushioned plaster over the top. It was painless and oddly very satisfying, although it did take a few weeks.

I've just noticed a verruca on DD's foot, so I'm hoping they still sell them.

I had verrucas for YEARS!!! I did a lot of the acid stuff and cutting away as much as I could with one of those little foot knife things. After doing that for a few months I then got a voucher for a podiatrist so I had it frozen. It did hurt but the worst was for less than a minute. They said I would need a further treatment but it went after just the one, I think because of all the stuff I'd done before. So if you can convince your daughter to try a podiatrist and get it frozen you never know!! You might have to hold her leg for her just for the worst bit

My experience was that eventually they just die, but I did do everything you can think of for years, including homeopathy

I used to get millions when I was a child and swam all the time. Only way I found for getting rid of them was digging the root out - I'd file them down first then get tweezers or something sharp & dig it out. Bit painful but very satisfying!

I used to suffer with verrucas for years. In the end they went after I used a combination of Bazuka extra strength and bathing my feet in salt water. They disappeared in a week!

I tried the "just leave it " method and after about 5 years I gave up and got them frozen off. Getting them frozen is painful in the short term but preferable to digging about with tweezers etc. They're awful things!

DD had a big one last year that she wouldn't let me near (she's 2), so I treated it while she was asleep. I used the salicylic acid stuff; every night I would peel off the gel from the night before, then use tweezers to pull as much out of it as I could without waking her. The top layer seemed to be dead from the acid, so I got quite a bit out each night. Once I'd got as much as I could out, I'd put a fresh layer of gel on. A bit grim (yet strangely satisfying!), but it healed up within a few weeks.

We've used the Bazuka one really successfully. BUT you need to follow the instructions to the letter. Soaking and filing etc. and you have to persist. It can take weeks.

I had a verruca for years. Eventually went to the gp who tried freezing it but even after about 6 freezes it was still there. The nurse recommended verrugon and it was gone in a couple of weeks! You should be able to get it at your pharmacist or Amazon sell it.

I had about 20 in one foot. Tried lots of methods including freezing them but nothing worked. I saw a specialist who recommended boosting my immune system with vitamin C and zinc and a chiropodist that treated them with tee tree oil. Three months later they were gone.

Years later I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition which can effect the bodies ability to fight them off.

My DS (12) had hundreds (literally) and we tried every treatment over a couple of years. Eventually changed Drs and took him in and (after bringing a senior dr and lots of googling) they referred him to have them frozen and for immunology tests. Took about 3 months of regular freezing sessions but they did go. Like livinginabox he had an immune condition - this then explained lots of other medical issues that he had had through his life.

We've just done cider vinegar on my 6 year old. Small piece of cotton wool soaked in cv, duct taped to her foot with a sock over it each night. She/her dad gently file it down each night before we start.
It's been about a month but we're into the back end of it. She had a couple of nights where it really stung so we removed it. Other than that it has been an easy if gross project.

Another Verrugon fan here, the salactic acid is a much stronger percentage than Bazuka so be careful not to get it on the surrounding skin.

We've just managed to get rid of about 15 on my sons foot.
We used a combination of wartner freezing, filling and red nail varnish.
It took approx 2 weeks, but was very satisfying watching Them turn black then picking them out!

Homeopathy worked for me! The only thing that worked on a verucca I'd had for ten years!! I saw a homeopath and she prescribed a little tablet and dabbing on a particular essential oil.

I'd tried all the over the counter remedies before that to no avail.

I do think immune system was low at the time - also used to be prone to mouth ulcers, which I also haven't had for years.
