DD is 3.5 and over the last week or so has not stopped eating. We came back from having a few hours at a play centre and she was complaining of being extremely tired. So I put her to bed for a nap and an hour and 10 mins later she's woken with a temp of 38.9. And is whingy and super clingy.

I've since given her calpol and tried with water but she's not interested.

What could this be? Could this be a growth spurt of some sort? She seems to be shooting up recently (last two weeks).

Pee/poop is normal.

Amy clue?

The eating is likely nothing to do with anything. It just sounds like she's picked something up. A bug or something.

Keep your eye on her and if she's still unwell and not drinking in a few hours, then go to the walk in clinic...especially if she is still hot. She might have an earache or sore throat? Has she said anything hurts?

My 17 month old has been like this this week. I took him to the doctors yesterday and he's got an ear infection.
Having a temperature is a sign your body is fighting an infection and has nothing to do with growth spurts or teething.
I'd keep an eye on her. Try to keep fluids up (try ice lollies if not drinking) Take her to the doctors if she is still the same on Monday.
