My daughter is nearly two. Today we noticed she has several (maybe 6) red spots in various isolated places across her body- arms, legs, back. She also has a few tiny pimples around her mouth. No heads on the spots or blisters and they don't seem to be bothering her at the moment. Her only other symptom is a hoarse voice. Otherwise she is well, no cough and only a very slight runny nose. She's perfectly happy and active and eating/drinking fine.
Wondering if it might be chickenpox? Does hoarseness normally go along with this? Or could it be something else? She's been out in the sun a bit this week and had suntan lotion on, so could it be related to that?
