Possible worms? (Tmi alert pic)

DD 4 keeps getting an itchy bottom, at the back and around her vagina too.
There is a slight watery discharge but no smell or colour so unsure if this is normal or not?
The itching isn't worse at night, it's seems random, but she does keep randomly waking at night (unsure if this is related).
I have also seen on a few occasions little white thread like pieces and yellowish white specs around her bottom. Don't know if this is just cotton from her underwear or bits of toilet paper, but have uploaded a photo for your opinions...

Looks like a worm to me. In any case, there is nothing at all to be lost by worming all the family
