Her hair looks different

Noticed over the past few days my DD hair doesn't look like it normally does noticed that when I brush it after it's been washed etc the brush ends up with a load of hair
Could she be losing hair which is why I'm concerned
She is 12 and her hair is like mine fine
Ive suggested her to eat better to see if that does anything
Any idea on this as she is pretty healthy (though she could eat better lol)

If it helps she's had her hair tied back a lot over the past couple of weeks due to newly pierced ears to keep the hair away from them them she normally has her hair down

Could be a hormone thing, I am a hairdresser & see this a lot in early teens, we are meant to lose about 100 hairs a day and if your hairs tied back you'll prob lose them all at once, don't worry,
