5mo stomach bug - what to feed her

5mo has picked up stomach bug from 5yo. Do I still give her formula? Conscious of her developing lactose intolerance but also dehydration. All advice appreciated - no idea about how to deal with sickness in such a young baby.

She's gone back to sleep after some babbling. So not unresponsive or floppy. I've done some water for her when she wakes up. A bit panicky now! Will get diarolyte & ring Drs in morning if she continues to be ok tonight I think.

Have you started weaning? Regardless milk is probably still her main source of food so yes you need to keep giving it. If she is lactose intolerant there are prescription formula she can have
