can anyone identify this

sorry picture isn't great. it's not her eczema she hasn't been scratching. it's isolated to her neck and just above her shoulders. one side branches out a bit to her collar bone at the front. she also says it's painful. not only when she moves her beck but just as it is. the pain is a bit worse since this morning. I thought she'd just been straining to read the board at school so assumed shed just slept funny and strained her neck a bit so just gave her half a paracetamol and dropped her off at school. blush

didn't notice the rash til I got her back to the car. have been to local pharmacist but she had no idea really what it was.

so over to you guys.

What are the symptoms of that?. she's not had a temp or anything and it's not itchy just sore
