4 year old leg pain after passing stool

Hi, DS4 is saying his legs hurt immediately after passing stools.

He started complaining of this when he was about 2 but then never mentioned it again until recently. He is not constipated, had had no change in diet and his legs are otherwise fine.

Does anyone have any idea what can be causing this? I have booked an appointment with the GP but its not for another 2 weeks.

Any help/advice greatly appreciated, thank you.

DD (5) sometimes gets pins and needles in her legs from sitting too long on the loo, if things are a bit slow to move as does her dad, but that's due to playing with his phone, idiot Could it be as simple as that?

Thanks kanye He doesn't tend to spend a long time on the toilet, but that is a possibility. I didn't even think of it! I will keep an eye on him and see if he complains more when he takes longer. Thanks
