My Daughter will not eat hardly any good food

I'm a single parent and my 3 year old daughter (she's awesome!) is really picky. A lot of my family say she's just manipulating me but she'll only eat crisps, bread and of all things hot dogs. She's very healthy but I'm worried that I will never get her away from her bad eating habits. She's the best thing to ever happen to me but I feel I'm letting her down by enabling her bad eating habits, would like some advice on how to get her eating properly without starving her. (which one family member suggested!)

Can you pick out new things together for her to try alongside the things she will eat? Maybe use a reward chart and give her a sticker for trying something new each day? Even if it's only one bite of things, she'll hopefully find some things she likes.

You can go to a private feeding consultant or try a book on the matter. My friends ds was similar, she was recommended to try a new dish at lunchtime, starting with em outing her to have it on the plate but no hassle to eat it. Then moving to touching it, no hassle to eat, licking, then putting in mouth etc with lots of praise (this also works for my ds,& better with an audience)

Still giving a meal that they will eat at teatime, so they dont go to bed hungry.
