Teething? Or something else?

DD is 5mo, ebf. She was pooing about once every 2 days. At the start of this week she started pooing a lot more - maybe 10 or 12 times a day. Normal colour. Her first tooth cut through yesterday, the one next to it doesn't feel too far behind. Yesterday it seemed as if the pooing was maybe easing off but today its bad again. She had seemed well in herself, but today she's very clingy and quick to cry (she cries very rarely normally) plus she has shocking nappy rash despite frequent changes and plenty of air round her bum.

Is this really all likely to be teething related? She's feeding loads still and doesn't seem to be tender in her tummy but all the poo and sore bum just seems excessive...

If she is that frequent she is likely to be dehydrated and should be seen by a doctor asap.
