10 year old tummy

My 10 year old very sporty but has a big tummy any suggestions what to do , how to get rid of it. Dont eat junk food , chocolate I am a bit worried . Thanks

No advice but bumping for you as my 9 year old DS has the same issue. He is fairly tall for his age and his arms and legs are all in proportion but his tummy is massive, it looks like he is 9 months pregnant. Been to the docs and had allergy tests but all came back normal. He eats a balanced diet, no snacks at all between meals and is fairly active. He's getting to an age where he is becoming conscious about it too. Really hope someone can come along and advise us both OP!
